▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A cathode comprises a metal oxide spinel film comprising lithium, manganese and oxygen, and a graphene film arranged on a surface of the metal oxide film. USE - Cathode e.g. graphene-coated metal oxide spinel cathode is used for electrochemical cell (claimed) e.g. high-performance lithium-ion battery used for all-electric and hybrid-electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The cathode is economical and environmentally-friendly, and has improved performance and durability by reducing manganese dissolution due to presence of single-layer graphene coating while concurrently promoting formation of well-defined solid electrolyte interphase layer, high capacity retention rate, and excellent cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) electrochemical cell, which comprises the cathode, an anode, and an electrolyte; and (2) preparation of cathode. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view explaining the preparation of cathode.
