▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A modified nitrogen-sulfur-doped graphene quantum dots doped cadmium sulfide nanocatalyst comprises cadmium sulfide as core with nitrogen/sulfur-doped graphene quantum dots grown on the surface of cadmium sulfide and are connected by covalent bond. The nitrogen/sulfur-doped graphene quantum dots is graphene quantum dot doped with nitrogen element and sulfur element. USE - The modified nitrogen-sulfur-doped graphene quantum dots doped cadmium sulfide nanocatalyst is used for degrading dye waste water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanocatalyst has large light absorption range, is good for hole-electron separation, and has improved catalytic efficiency under UV condition and good degradation ability of methylene blue. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the nanocatalyst comprising taking citric acid and thiourea dissolved in water, ultrasonically dispersing, hydrothermal reacting, cooling, rotary steaming, and drying; and dissolving in water, adding cadmium acetate dihydrate, polyvinyl pyrrolidone and thioacetamide, mixing, ultrasonically dispersing, hydrothermal reacting, cooling, washing and drying.
