▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Copper-based iron-based composite electro-contact material comprises 30 pts. wt. ferric oxide graphene, 6 pts. wt. ferroferric oxide, 300 pts. wt. iron chloride solution, 110 pts. wt. copper base material, where the mass fraction of the ferric chloride solution is 50% and the copper substrate material is chromium, tungsten carbide and copper. The copper substrate is prepared by mixing water, ethanol and acetone according to the volume ratio of 5:2:1.2 to obtain a coagulation bath, solidifying and shaping in the coagulating bath to obtain iron oxide powder containing iron oxide graphene fiber. The iron oxide fiber is added into a sodium hydroxide solution containing polyethylene pyrrolidone, polyvinylpyrrolodone and polyethylenediaminetetrahydro-polyethylene chloride solution with a mass ratio of 1:0.3:10. USE - The material is useful for switch electric appliance and an electronic instrument i.e. hybrid electric appliance. ADVANTAGE - The contact material has good conductive performance, wear resistance and long service life.
