▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A nondestructive transfer method of large size graphene comprises: placing 5 cmasterisk5 cmasterisk15 cmasterisk15 cm film growth graphene on spin coater, coating copper foil surface with organic solvent poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), spin coating, placing in heating platform, drying PMMA; etching copper foil substrate with copper etching solution; taking graphene with film in beaker with deionized water, taking out floating glass substrate, transferring graphene sheet on heating table to remove interface between graphene and glass water; and transferring in hot acetone solution and removing PMMA. USE - A nondestructive transfer method of large size graphene is used in touch screens of optoelectronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, efficient and stable.
