NOVELTY - Enzyme immobilization promoter comprises polyethyleneimine functionalized graphene oxide and genipin in a mass ratio of 1-5:1. USE - The enzyme immobilization promoter is useful in functional modification of surface of conductive reaction zone of working electrode of three-electrode detection structure, which is useful for preparing glucose sensor, lactic acid sensor, glutamic acid sensor, uric acid sensor, ascorbic acid sensor or dopamine sensor, and implanted adenosine continuous detection sensor (all claimed) for real-time monitoring of acupuncture-induced local adenosine release in acupoints in vivo. ADVANTAGE - The flexible implantable adenosine sensor with a three-electrode structure has characteristics of good stability, high sensitivity, wide linear detection range, short response time, and strong anti-interference; can realize the in vivo continuous detection of changes in the concentration of adenosine in the animal body and brain, and provides a brand-new modern detection method for the in-depth study of the mechanism of acupuncture effect.
