▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The optical fiber hydrogen sensor has an optical fiber, where end face of the optical fiber is provided with a chamber that is extended inwards. A cantilever beam film of plane structure is set on the end face of the optical fiber with the chamber, and is located in a front of the chamber. The optical fiber comprises a fiber core and a covering layer, where the chamber is located on the end face of the fiber core. A suspension film layer is provided as a graphene film, where a support film layer is provided as a gold film. A hydrogen sensitive film layer is provided as a palladium film. USE - Optical fiber hydrogen sensor for use in energy, medicine and biological applications based on a cantilever beam film. Can also be used for preventing cancer or inflammation treating. ADVANTAGE - The cantilever beam film thickness of the optical fiber hydrogen sensor is provided in a nanometre level, so as to provide more sensitive to the external hydrogen concentration detection, and the Fabry-Perot interferometer chamber is influenced by the external illumination and temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of optical fibre hydrogen sensor based on a cantilever beam film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram of a method for preparing an optical fiber hydrogen sensor based on cantilever beam film. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
