▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high barrier polymethylethylene carbonate/graphene oxide nanocomposite coating material involves adding graphene oxide (GO) to an aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a GO-aqueous solution, mixing GO-aqueous solution obtained by ultrasonic vibration with an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and ultrasonically homogenizing, drying in an oven at 50 degrees C for 24 hours, obtaining PVA/GO homogeneous mixture, and pulverizing. The dried PVA/GO homogeneous mixture and polymethylethylene carbonate (PPC) are added to a high-speed mixer at a mass ratio of 5-10:100, and the mixed materials are put into in torque rheometer, a polymethylethylene carbonate/graphene oxide nanocomposite coating material is obtained, the mixing temperature is 170 degrees C, the rotor speed is 30 revolution per minute, and the time is 10 minutes, and the sample is finally molded into A 1 mm thick sheet is used for performance testing. USE - Method for preparing high barrier polymethylethylene carbonate/graphene oxide nanocomposite coating material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare high barrier polymethylethylene carbonate/graphene oxide nanocomposite coating material, which is simple, process is environment friendly, industrialization is facilitated, has high barrier properties and good biodegradability.
