▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A composite film comprises a graphene oxide and a dielectric polymer, and including micropores having a pore size of 10-100 nm. USE - Composite film is used for forming pressure-sensing device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite film has improved transparency and flexibility. The pressure-sensing device formed using the composite film has improved sensitivity of the electrical characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of composite film, which involves preparing a graphene oxide dispersion, preparing a dielectric polymer solution, mixing the graphene oxide dispersion with the dielectric polymer solution to obtain a mixed solution, coating the mixed solution onto a substrate. The porosity due to fine pores of the composite film is controlled according to the content of the graphene oxide.
