▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing paper-based nickel nanotube-graphene doped bismuth sulfide nanorod comprises (i) selecting a common filter paper or a chromatographic paper as a paper substrate, (ii) adding 2.1748 g trimellitic anhydride, 30 wt.% hydrogen peroxide and 200 μl aqueous ammonia into a beaker, and taking out a paper chip deionized water finishing reaction, (iii) removing 200 ml water into the beaker, and adding 0.6 g graphene oxide powder and 1.6 g phenylhydrazine-4-sulfonic acid into the beaker, (iv) removing 25 ml ethylene glycol into the beaker, adding 1.35 g urea and 20 ml distilled water into a mixed solution, and continuously stirring for 30 minutes to obtain uniformly mixed bismuth precursor, and (v) mixing a graphene and a bismuth sulfide suspension in a ratio of 1: 2, using a deionized water and an anhydrous ethanol, washing for 3 times, drying for 12 hours in an oven to finish a preparation of paper-based nickel nanotube-graphene doped bismuth sulfide nanorod. USE - The method is used for preparing paper-based nickel nanotube-graphene doped bismuth sulfide nanorod. ADVANTAGE - The paper-based nickel nanotube-graphene doped bismuth sulfide nano-rod has high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and can be combined with paper chip convenient to carry, easy to be folded and laid a good foundation for the preparation of flexible nano-material sensing platform.
