NOVELTY - Preparing lightweight heat-resistant and heat-insulating stealth coating involves weighing graphene oxide, wave absorbing agent and carbon nanotubes according to the mass ratio (5-40):(0.1-20):(5-80), dispersing in the surfactant solution, stirring and ultrasonically crushing to obtain nano carbon sol system. The nano-carbon sol system is aged, solvent replaced and dried to obtain nano-carbon aerogel bulk material, broken the nano-carbon aerogel block material into nano-carbon aerogel powder after stirring and oscillating treatment, then coated a layer of film material on the outer surface of the powder, and dispersed by ultrasonic vibration after drying to make a light weight closed-cell wave-absorbing and heat-insulating filler with a core-shell structure, mixed the matrix film former, reinforcing filler, hollow microspheres and chopped carbon fibers according to the mass ratio (60-150):(5-40):(10-50):(3-15) to obtain coating binder. USE - Method for preparing lightweight heat-resistant and heat-insulating stealth coating used in national defense military industry and aviation and aerospace fields. Uses include but are not limited to electromagnetic stealth, infrared stealth, visible light stealth and sound wave stealth. ADVANTAGE - The method produces product which has low comprehensive density and thermal conductivity, and improves high-frequency broadband absorption characteristics.
