NOVELTY - Damping sheet comprises a constraining layer (1), first adhesive (2), damping layer (3), second adhesive (4) and substrate (5). The damping layer is connected to the constraining layer by a first adhesive, and the substrate is connected to the damping layer by a second adhesive. The damping layer comprising 10-20 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 20-30 pts. wt. plasticizer, 45-60 pts. wt. inorganic reinforcing filler, 5-15 pts. wt. dimethyl methylphosphonate, 5-10 pts. wt. ethylene-butene copolymer, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene microchips, 5-10 pts. wt. phosphorus flame retardant and 10-15 pts. wt. microbead filler. USE - Damping sheet used for energy vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The damping sheet improves the flame-retardant and shock-proof effect of the damping layer, to improve the safety of the battery when using, fluidity in the process of processing, stress distribution, impact strength, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, scratch resistance and inflaming retarding effect, and reduces shrinkage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a damping sheet, involving: a. keeping butyl rubber, plasticizers, inorganic reinforcing fillers, dimethyl methylphosphonate, ethylene-butene copolymers, graphene microsheets, phosphorus-based flame retardants and microbead fillers, drying and cleaning, then putting into the reaction kettle for heating and stirring, and uniformly mixing and stirring at 70-100℃ for a heating time of 5-10 minutes; b taking out all the materials obtained, putting into the mixer again for processing, the temperature is 140-180℃and the mixing time is 20-25 minutes; c. putting the banburying material into the extruder for extrusion; d. putting material extruded into the mold for extrusion molding to obtain dampling layer; and e. connecting one side of the obtained damping layer to the constraining layer, the first adhesive, and the other side is connected to the substrate through the second adhesive and placing at the pressing roller and rolling 2-5 times to obtain product.
