▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The antenna has a gap radiation antenna provided with a graphene-metal radiation layer, a medium plate and a micro-strip feeding layer. The graphene-metal radiation layer is fixedly connected with a top layer of the medium plate. The medium plate is fixedly connected with a graphene tuning component and a metal patch, where the graphene tuning component is formed as a V-shaped structure. An inner side of a V-shaped graphene tuning component is formed with a trumpet-shaped gap. Graphene micro-strip lines are formed with a gap. A micro-strip feeding layer is provided with a feeding structure. USE - Graphene three-dimensional phase tunable lens based high gain slot antenna. ADVANTAGE - The antenna can change surface resistance of the graphene material so as to change characteristic of the lens and energy and phase distribution in aperture of the aperture antenna, improve gain of the antenna and eliminate antenna pattern distortion. The antenna can replace radiation gap structure by graphene structure so as to enhance control of energy in antenna aperture and frequency reconfigurable characteristic for the slot antenna. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene three-dimensional phase tunable lens based high gain slot antenna tuning method.
