▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A reusable conductive electromagnetic shielding rubber composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. grafted diene modified rubber and 1-20 pts. wt., preferably 5-15 pts. wt. dienophile conductive filler. The dienophile conductive filler is carbon nanotubes, graphene, and fullerene. The grafted diene modified rubber comprises raw material of 100 pts. wt. rubber matrix, 10-100 pts. wt., preferably 30-60 pts. wt. diene and 1-2 pts. wt., preferably 1.3-1.7 pts. wt. initiator. USE - Reusable conductive electromagnetic shielding rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The reusable conductive electromagnetic shielding rubber composite material is prepared under mild reaction conditions by simple process, and has low energy consumption, high electrical conductivity, high electromagnetic shielding performance, high mechanical property recovery rate of 83%, improves compatibility between the conductive filler and the rubber matrix, and forms uniform dispersion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of recyclable conductive electromagnetic shielding rubber composite material, which involves performing Diels-Alder thermoreversible cross-linking reaction of grafted diene modified rubber and dienophile conductive filler in an organic solvent, washing obtained product, drying and molding at high temperature.
