NOVELTY - Airtight rubber composition comprises tread reinforcement system including 100 pts. wt. inner liner rubber, 40-70 pts. wt. carbon black, 0-20 pts. wt. silicate reinforcing material and 0-1.0 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Used as airtight rubber composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition improves the three-dimensional steric hindrance of the airtightness of the inner liner, elasticity, flexibility and airtightness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for (1) preparing airtight rubber composition comprising taking the above raw materials, preparing the graphene is prepared by a redox with a single layer ratio greater than 90% and uniformly mixing in an aqueous solution at a rate of 4%, pre-dispersing into the general carbon black during production and pre-dispersion mixing ratio range is 0.5-1.0; and (2) tyre.
