NOVELTY - High performance vacuum pump oil composition comprises 10-20 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane ester, 62-75 pts. wt. triisotridecyl trimellitate, 1-6 pts. wt. vulcanized isobutene, 2-5 pts. wt. ash-free wear-resistant agent, 0.1-5 pts. wt. rosin oil, 0.3-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 4-8 pts. wt. dihydroxy pentasulfide, and 1-5 pts. wt. composite antioxidant. USE - Used as high performance vacuum pump oil composition. ADVANTAGE - The oil composition can generate good synergistic effect, which can greatly improve the stability and wear resistance of the vacuum pump oil; oxidation resistance; can ensure the vacuum degree and purity of the vacuum pump oil; is not easy to enter the impurity; has simple increased service life; and is feasible; and expands the application occasion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of high performance vacuum pump oil composition comprising providing trimethylolpropane ester, triisotridecyl trimellitate, vulcanized isobutene and ash-free wear-resistant agent, stirring while slowly raising the temperature to 100-130degrees Celsius, heating speed is controlled at 4-7degrees Celsius/min, then stirring and slowly cooling to 60-85degrees Celsius, adding rosin oil, antifoaming agent, dihydroxy pentasulfide and composite antioxidant, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain the needed high performance vacuum pump oil composition.
