NOVELTY - Anti-interference and corrosion-resistant military invisible cable comprises a conductor, a shielding layer, an insulating layer, a sheath layer and an invisible coating from inside to outside, where the shielding layer is prepared by mixing acrylate, silica sol, semiconductor filler, cetyltrimethoxysilane, glyceryl tristearate and triisopropyl phosphite; the insulating layer is made of radiation cross-linked halogen-free high flame-retardant polyolefin material; the sheath layer is a fluoroplastic sheath layer, the invisible coating is formed by curing the invisible coating after spraying; the invisible coating is prepared by mixing polyurethane resin, bisphenol A type diether dianhydride, N,N'-diphenyl-1,4-phenylenediamine, mixed solvents, functional fillers, ethylene distearate, hexamethylenetetramine with lead stearate. USE - The anti-interference anti-corrosion military invisible cable is useful for conveying electric energy, transmitting information and manufacturing various electric machines, electric appliances, meter, automobile and machine tool. ADVANTAGE - The cable: has compact structure, excellent mechanical performance, excellent flame retardant, invisible, anti-interference, corrosion resistance, and can be widely applied to military field; solves generation lot of electromagnetic wave, and heating which generate infrared ray when use dor long time in e DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-interference and corrosion-resistant military invisible cable, comprising (i) providing acrylate, silica sol, semiconductor filler, cetyltrimethoxysilane, glyceryl tristearate and triisopropyl phosphite, orderly adding the raw materials into mixer, mixing and banburying at 110-130degrees Celsius for 5-10 minutes, extruding and molding to thickness of 0.3-0.6 mm, i.e. shielding layer, (ii) adding bisphenol A type diether dianhydride, N,N'-diphenyl-1,4-phenylenediamine, and mixed solvents, into reaction kettle, stirring and reacting at 24-34degrees Celsius for 7-8 hours, then adding polyurethane resin, functional filler, ethylene distearate, hexamethylenetetramine with lead stearate, continuously stirring and dispersing and mixing uniformly to obtain invisible coating, (iii) sleeve conductor, shielding layer, insulating layer, and sheath layer according to the order from inside to outside, then spraying prepared invisible coating uniformly on the surface of the sheath layer, solidifying and forming to form an invisible coating to obtain the anti-interference corrosion-resistant military invisible cable.
