▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing super-hydrophilic polyphenylene sulfide composite fiber membrane, involves (a) soaking polyphenylene sulfide non-woven fabric in aqueous solution of strong oxidizing acid to become yellow by grafting reaction to polyphenylene sulfide non-woven fabric, taking out polyphenylene sulfide non-woven fabric, and washing until neutral to obtain oxidized grafted polyphenylene sulfide non-woven fabric, (b) uniformly coating cellulose treated with silane coupling agent on surface of oxidized grafted polyphenylene sulfide non-woven fabric, (c) uniformly mixing hydrophilic modified inorganic nanoparticles with demulsifier and dispersing to obtain suspension, and uniformly coating the suspension on the surface of oxidized grafted polyphenylene sulfide non-woven fabric coated with silane coupling agent, and (d) hot-pressing obtained product to obtain super-hydrophilic polyphenylene sulfide composite fiber membrane. USE - Method for preparing super-hydrophilic polyphenylene sulfide composite fiber membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures excellent physical and chemical properties of polyphenylene sulfide non-woven fabric to modify the surface of membrane without damaging internal substrate structure and pore structure of membrane, and the polyphenylene sulfide composite fiber membrane is super-hydrophilic and environmentally-friendly, exhibits excellent hydrophilicity and has high interception efficiency, large flux, high strength, excellent tensile and solvent resistance and high recycling rate.
