NOVELTY - The device has a water tank (2) provided with a heating device. A controller (5) and the heating device are electrically connected with a graphene battery group (3). A conveying pump (4) is connected with the controller. The graphene battery group is provided with a heat preservation cover. The heat preservation cover and the graphene battery group are formed with a closed cavity. The water tank is connected with an input end of a radiating device (1) through an external pipeline. An output end of the radiating device is formed with a hollow cavity. The water tank is connected with the hollow cavity. The conveying pump is set on the external pipeline between the water tank and the radiating device. USE - Graphene battery air conditioner heating device.
