▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A barrier coating liquid comprises water-based acrylic resin, crosslinking agent and sheet barrier agent. The water-based acrylic resin having glass transition temperature 338 kelvin (K) or less, is composed of raw material components containing at least a hard monomer and a soft monomer. USE - The barrier coating liquid is used for preparing heat-sealable barrier coating polylactic acid film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The barrier coating solution when used to prepare barrier coating layer of a heat-sealable barrier coating polylactic acid film, enables to reduce oxygen transmission rate and water vapor transmission rate of the film, significantly, while maintaining good heat sealing performance and coating adhesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1) heat-sealable barrier coating polylactic acid film which comprises a barrier coating layer (10) and a polylactic acid film layer (20), where the barrier coating layer is prepared using the barrier coating solution; and 2) preparation of heat-sealable barrier coating polylactic acid film which involves: 1) preparing barrier coating solution: 2) mixing hard monomer, soft monomer, emulsifier and water evenly, then adding to reaction kettle; 3) adding initiator to carry out polymerization reaction under normal pressure, at 80- 90°C; 4) maintaining the temperature at 80- 90°C, adding reducing agent and neutralizing agent for heat preservation and neutralization for 2- 4 hours, to obtain water-based acrylic resin; 5) treating flake barrier agent with a coupling agent, uniformly dispersing in a dispersion solvent to prepare flake barrier agent dispersion, adding dispersion to water-based acrylic resin, then adding a crosslinking agent, mixing evenly to obtain barrier coating solution; 6) corona-treating the polylactic acid film layer, and coating the barrier coating solution on polylactic acid film layer, drying at 70-120°C and curing.
