NOVELTY - Mirror-stage high-precision metal working oil comprises 80-90 pts. wt. electric spark machine oil, 0.3-2 pts. wt. polyisobutylene, 0.2-5 pts. wt. graphene , 0.5-3 pts. wt. detergent dispersant, 0.5-3 pts. wt. alkali retaining agent, 0.2-1.5 pts. wt. phosphate ester, and 6.2-13 pts. wt. surfactant. USE - The metal working oil is useful for high-gloss processing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The working oil: has easily available raw materials, simple preparation process, ad easily operating method; components work synergistically to form stable chemical balance; is more stable; reduces activation energy of surface of material, surface tension, and suspension of fine dusty chips generated during metal processing; accelerates precipitation of fine dusty chips; improves filterability; ensures the cleanliness of oil; prevents the vibration and scratches during high-light processing; and improves brightness of high-gloss processing products, and mirror effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the mirror-stage high-precision metal working oil, comprising (a) adding Span 80 (RTM: Sorbitan monooleate), and graphene in a portion of electric spark machine oil, and mixing with the remaining electric spark machine oil, and (b) heating the mixture in the step (a) to 40-60 degrees C, adding the remaining material, and continuously stirring at 40-60 degrees C for more than 2 hours.
