NOVELTY - Saturated absorber comprises an optical fiber and a graphene film, where the graphene film is formed on the surface of the optical fiber by growing. USE - Saturated absorber for full-fibre mode-locked laser. Uses include but are not limited to terahertz technology, imaging technology, optical micro-processing, optical test, optical communication compact processing and manufacturing, medicine and national safety. ADVANTAGE - The saturated absorber and all-fibre mode-locked laser comprises the optical fiber, with good saturated absorption performance, repeatable preparation capability and excellent laser output parameter. The graphene film is formed by high quality and uniform, can control the graphene thickness and length of the optical fibre, can realize the same batch of multiple optical fiber batch growth, and has good controllability and high repeatability.
