NOVELTY - A polyester composite comprises a matrix resin, and a nanomaterial dispersed in the matrix resin. The matrix resin comprises a polyester resin which is a polymerization reaction product of a diol component and a dicarboxylic acid component, and a melt dispersion of anhydrosugar alcohol in which the nanomaterial is dispersed. The diol component is aliphatic diol compound chosen from ethylene glycol, butanediol and cyclohexanedimethanol. The melt dispersion of anhydrosugar alcohol is prepared by introducing the nanomaterial in an aqueous dispersion state into anhydrosugar alcohol. USE - Polyester composite is used for forming molded article (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyester composite has improved mechanical property, such as tensile strength, tensile modulus and elongation rate. The nanomaterials are uniformly dispersed in the polyester composite to have uniform physical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the polyester composite, which involves polymerizing the diol component and dicarboxylic acid component to obtain polymerization reaction product, and reacting the polymerization reaction product with the melt dispersion of anhydrosugar alcohol.
