NOVELTY - A graphene-reinforced rubber is prepared by uniformly mixing and stirring coupling agent and absolute ethanol, adding ferric oxide, stirring, washing, filtering and drying, dispersing into cyclohexane solvent by ultrasonic manner, adding graphene, graphite and inorganic inert powder, dispersing by ultrasonic manner, slowly adding into cyclohexane, evaporating to dry to obtain powder material, mixing with chopped polyacrylonitrile fiber, anti-aging agent and polyvinyl alcohol powder, adding calcium chloride solution to flocculate, drying, bathing, and cooling. USE - Method for preparing graphene-reinforced rubber used for high-strength wear-resistant transmission belt. ADVANTAGE - The belt has excellent strength, improves device working efficiency, and reduces device damage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-reinforced rubber used for high-strength wear-resistant transmission belt is prepared by uniformly mixing and stirring coupling agent and absolute ethanol at mass ratio of 1:1, adding ferric oxide, stirring at 90-100 degrees C for 30 minutes, washing, filtering and drying, dispersing into cyclohexane solvent by ultrasonic manner, adding graphene, graphite and inorganic inert powder, dispersing by ultrasonic manner, slowly adding into cyclohexane, evaporating to dry to obtain powder material, mixing with chopped polyacrylonitrile fiber, anti-aging agent and polyvinyl alcohol powder, adding 1 wt.% calcium chloride solution to flocculate, drying at 80-100 degrees C for 10-20 hours, bathing, cooling, heating chloroprene rubber and butylbenzene rubber into Banbury mixer to 100-120, mixing to 100-150 degrees C for 4 minutes, adding cooled product and vulcanizing agent, heating to 120-140 degrees C, and mixing for 10-15 minutes at speed of 400-600 revolutions/minute (rpm).
