NOVELTY - Anticorrosive and antifouling paint comprises component A and component B in a mass ratio of 100:130-180. The component A comprises 50-60 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 20-25 pts. wt. silicon resin, 15-20 pts. wt. polyester resin, 16-20 pts. wt. phenolic curing agent, 10-15 pts. wt. polyacrylate flatting agent, 3-5 pts. wt. wetting agent, 10-15 pts. wt. titanium oxide, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. 2-methylimidazole, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. benzoin, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. isothiazolinone, 20-25 pts. wt. cuprous oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. pesticide, 2-4 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 20-25 pts. wt. ferrite and 15-20 pts. wt. wollastonite powder. The component B comprises 0.3-1.0 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1-4 pts. wt. methyl silicone oil as surface processing agent, 2-4 pts. wt. plasticizer, 5-8 pts. wt. capsaicin and 130-160 pts. wt. composite solvent. USE - Anticorrosive and antifouling paint for ship armour. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive and antifouling paint has strong adhesion and salt water resistance, good antifouling performance, good weather resistance, high and low temperature resistance, and shows high corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing anticorrosive and antifouling paint, which involves (A) uniformly mixing the contents of component A, grounding them to form powder, extruding by a double screw extruder, melting at 120-130 degrees C for 4-6 minutes, and further extruding, tableting, cooilng, crushing, milling and seiving to obtain the desired powder material; and (B) placing the definite proportion of obtained powder material into the dissolving tank, adding composite solvent, stirring for 20-30 minutes to dissolve the powder material into the composite solvent of certain viscosity, stirring with a high speed for 5-10 minutes, adding surface treatment agent D methyl silicon oil, cross-linking agent, plasticizer and capsaicin, stirring for 10 minutes, dispersing at high speed, allowing to react under normal temperature and pressure for 24 hours, seiving with 120-140 mesh to obtain anticorrosive and antifouling paint.
