NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified nylon 66 comprises e.g. dissolving graphene oxide in water to form graphene oxide aqueous solution, stirring, ultrasonically centrifuging to obtain the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, where the graphene oxide aqueous solution concentration is 0.05-50 mg/ml, adding nylon 66 salt in graphene oxide dispersion liquid to obtain nylon 66 salt/graphene oxide aqueous solution, then ultrasonically mixing, adding additive or reducing agent, stirring, transferring to the reaction kettle, melting and polymerizing, to obtain the graphene modified nylon 66 melt. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified nylon 66 (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to operate, economical, is suitable for industrial production, and environmentally friendly. The graphene modified nylon 66 has high mechanical property, thermal property and electrical property, and is suitable in application field of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene modified nylon 66 comprises (i) dissolving graphene oxide in water to form graphene oxide aqueous solution, stirring, ultrasonically centrifuging to obtain the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, where the graphene oxide aqueous solution concentration is 0.05-50 mg/ml, (ii) adding nylon 66 salt in graphene oxide dispersion liquid to obtain nylon 66 salt/graphene oxide aqueous solution, then ultrasonically mixing, adding additive or reducing agent, stirring, transferring to the reaction kettle, melting and polymerizing, to obtain the graphene modified nylon 66 melt, where the mass ratio of nylon 66 salt and oxidized graphene is 150:1-700:1, nylon 66 salt and additive or reducing agent is 10:1-100:1, and (iii) spinning graphene modified nylon 66 melt to obtain graphene modified nylon 66 fiber, or subjecting graphene modified nylon 66 melt for cooling and granulation, drying or solid-phase polycondensation and then melt spinning to obtain graphene modified nylon 66.
