NOVELTY - Reduced graphene material having conductive and transparent properties with a graphite base material is claimed. USE - The reduced graphene material is used as a transparent conductive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene material: has a surface resistance of transparent conductive film of 4.21 k-ohm/square; utilizes reducing agents which are environmentally friendly; and can be fabricated in a simple manner so that this fabrication is relatively easy and inexpensive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a transparent conductive film fabrication based on reduced graphene material, comprising exfoliating graphite oxide to produce graphene oxide, centrifuging, diluting graphene oxide supernatant, adding graphene oxide supernatant i.e. L-ascorbic acid (LAA), carrying out solution deposition on a glass substrate, evaporating and carrying out thermal reduction using a microwave.
