NOVELTY - Electromagnetic shielding environment-friendly plastic hollow plate comprises 40-50 pts. wt. conductive graphene, 30-40 pts. wt. high toughness polypropylene, 10-15 pts. wt. toughening agent, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant and 2-5 pts. wt. modified auxiliary agent. USE - Used as electromagnetic shielding environment-friendly plastic hollow plate e.g. conductive graphene. ADVANTAGE - The hollow plate: can quickly lead the current out of the plastic box; avoids static interference; ensures the quality stability of the electronic device stored in the plastic boxes; shortens the plasticizing time; improves the homogenization of the solution plasticizing and reduces the plasticizing temperature. The method: has simple preparation and cost-efficient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing electromagnetic shielding environment-friendly plastic hollow plate comprising (a), weighing each ingredient component of the electromagnetic shielding environment-friendly plastic hollow plate based on the component proportion, (b) introducing each ingredient component into a stirrer for heating and stirring, controlling the stirring temperature at 90-100℃, where the stirring time is 1-2 hours, (c) injecting each material component after stirring into an extruder for plasticizing to obtain molten plastic, (d) pushing the molten plastic extruded into the forming mold to prepare the initially formed hollow plate, (e) introducing the primarily shaped hollow plate into the shaping mold to prepare the hollow plate, (f) drawing out the hollow plate by the traction machine and introduced into the oven for heating for eliminating plastic stress and (g) cutting the heat-treated hollow plate to prepare the finished product; and an electromagnetic shielding environment-friendly plastic hollow plate processing mold comprising a forming mold (200) and shaping mold (300). The forming mold is used for the primary forming of the hollow plate. The forming mold is used for stretching and shaping the primarily shaped hollow plate and the forming mold are provided with a fixing frame I (110) and a fixing frame II (120).
