NOVELTY - Manufacturing rubber rain shoes with metal color effect comprises (1) taking 10-30 pts. wt. synthetic rubber resin and 0.1-1 pts. wt. N,N-diisopropylbenzamide, and plasticating to obtain a raw rubber sheet, (2) cutting the raw rubber sheet into pieces, taking pieces of raw rubber sheet and solvent in a weight ratio of 1:2.5-6, and stirring under 60 degrees C to obtain a fully dissolved synthetic rubber resin solution, (3) taking 4-8 pts. wt. fully dissolved synthetic rubber resin solution, adding 2-5 pts. wt. metal color powder, 0.2-1 pts. wt. N,N-diisopropylbenzamide and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. aluminum potassium silicate, and grinding to obtain ink, and (4) printing the ink on the surface of the raw rubber sheet, and making the printed rubber sheet into rubber rain shoes. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing rubber rain shoes with metal color effect. ADVANTAGE - The rubber rain shoes has excellent metallic texture effect, and uniformly dispersed metal color powder, which is shiny and not easy to fall off.
