▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A method for forming a large-area graphene layer on a porous substrate comprises the following steps: to provide a porous substrate having a primary surface and a plurality of primary continuous pores; to conduct a carbonization-and-catalytic graphitization process to render the metal catalyst embedded polymer forming a graphite layer onto the primary surface of the porous substrate (alternatively, to conduct a polymer coating-and-carbonization process to render the polymer forming a carbon layer onto the primary surface of the porous substrate; then to conduct a catalytic graphitization process to render the conversion from the carbon layer to the graphite layer); to conduct a liquid-phase exfoliation process in a container placed in an ultrasonic water bath to render the graphite layer thinning to a graphene layer. The large-area graphene layer thus obtained has an exposed surface and a plurality of secondary continuous pores with which the primary continuous pores are connected.
