NOVELTY - Anti-cracking building material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. cement, 80-95 pts. wt. regenerated concrete micro-powder, 70-80 pts. wt. fly ash, 18-25 pts. wt. kaolin or modified metakaolin, 3-8 pts. wt. sodium perborate, 2-6 pts. wt. polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 3-7 pts. wt. retarder, 2-6 pts. wt. stabilizer, 25-35 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 45-60 pts. wt. water. USE - The building material is useful for building engineering, concrete, cement, fine aggregate sand, coarse aggregate stone, fly ash, calcium sulfoaluminate, unslaked lime, micro-silicon powder, slag, montmorillonite, reinforcing agent and water. ADVANTAGE - The crack-resistant building material has high compressive strength, good anti-cracking performance, good construction performance and so on. The method is simple, and safety is environment-friendly. The polypropylene fiber has light weight, good toughness, corrosion resistance, low doping amount and low cost, high mechanical resistance and rigidity characteristics, but the non-polar chemical property causes the hydrophilic difference to make it difficult to be added to the cement-based material.
