NOVELTY - Preparing iron based composite automobile anti-collision beam comprises (1) supplying high-viscosity epoxy resin into the mixer at 80-120 degrees C and mixing at 150-200 revolutions/minute, (2) adding curing agent, defoaming agent, stabilizer and diluent into the mixer at constant rotation speed for 1-2 hours, (3) increasing the rotation speed to 500-800 revolutions/minute, spreading iron powder evenly into the mixer and stirring for 4-6 hours, (4) reducing the rotation speed to 200-300 revolutions/minute, and adding silicon dioxide, carbon fiber, graphene, borax into the mixer and setting the time to 1-2 hours to obtain raw material composition, (5) preparing suitable vacuum mold, injecting the raw material composition into the vacuum mold and naturally curing for 12-15 hours and demolding and (6) finished the finishing beam by the finishing machine. USE - The method is useful for preparing iron based composite automobile anti-collision beam. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, reasonable and rapid; avoids precipitation and agglomeration of iron powder thus uniformly distributes and produces environmentally friendly automobile anti-collision beam with the same intensity.
