▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Carbon nanoparticles (200) comprise at least two connected multi-walled spherical fullerenes (201), and layers of graphene (203) coating the connected multi-walled spherical fullerenes. A Raman spectrum of the carbon nanoparticle using 532 nm incident light shows Raman peak (A) at 1350 cm-1 and a Raman peak (B) at 1580 cm-1. The ratio of intensity of the Raman peak (A) to intensity of the Raman peak (B) is 0.9-1.1. USE - Carbon nanoparticles used in conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The carbon aggregates have high purity, and high electroconductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) carbon aggregate comprising several carbon nanoparticles. The diameter across the carbon aggregate is 10-500 mu m; (2) mixture comprising a liquid and several carbon nanoparticles; and (3) method which involves flowing a hydrocarbon feedstock process gas into a reaction zone, thermally cracking molecules of the feedstock process gas in the reaction zone, reacting the thermally cracked molecules to form carbon aggregates, each comprising at least two connected multi-walled spherical fullerenes coated in layers of graphene, and collecting the carbon aggregates. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of multi-walled spherical fullerenes. Carbon nanoparticles (200) Multi-walled spherical fullerenes (201) Layers of graphene (203)
