NOVELTY - Preparing photocatalytic film comprises (a) preparing photocatalyst by (a1) dissolving the titanium source, ultrasonically processing to obtain solution A, (a2) dissolving the manganese source, adjusting the solution B to acidic and (a3) adding the solution B into the solution A, standing, calcining, grinding, (b) preparing multiple photocatalyst by (b1) adding the graphene oxide into the dispersant and ultrasonically processing, (b2) adding the manganese-titanium dioxide photocatalyst the dispersion liquid, stirring and (b3) adding the suspension into the reaction kettle, heating to react, cooling, centrifuging, washing, drying, grinding and (c) preparing photocatalytic film by (c1) dissolving and ultrasonically processing the above photocatalyst to obtain the mixed solution and (c2) pre-treating the polyvinylidene fluoride micro-filtration membrane, soaking in the mixed solution, soaking and washing, drying to obtain the photocatalytic film. USE - The film is useful for photocatalytic degradation of folic acid wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has simple preparation method, low preparation cost, and improved photocatalytic degradation efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing photocatalytic film comprises (a) preparing photocatalyst by (a1) dissolving the titanium source, ultrasonically processing to obtain solution A, (a2) dissolving the manganese source, obtaining solution B, adjusting the solution B to acidic and (a3) adding the solution B into the solution A, standing, calcining, grinding to obtain manganese-titanium dioxide photocatalyst, (b) preparing multiple photocatalyst by (b1) adding the graphene oxide into the dispersant and ultrasonically processing to obtain the dispersion liquid, (b2) adding the manganese-titanium dioxide photocatalyst the dispersion liquid, stirring to obtain the suspension and (b3) adding the suspension into the reaction kettle, heating to react, cooling, centrifuging, washing, drying, grinding to obtain manganese-titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide photocatalyst and (c) preparing photocatalytic film by (c1) dissolving and ultrasonically processing the above photocatalyst to obtain the mixed solution and (c2) pre-treating the polyvinylidene fluoride micro-filtration membrane, soaking the pre-treated micro-filtration membrane in the mixed solution, soaking and washing, drying to obtain the photocatalytic film.
