NOVELTY - The plate has an upper layer plate (1) whose bottom portion is connected with a lower layer plate (2). A capillary core layer (3) is formed between the upper layer plate and the lower layer plate. The capillary core layer is formed on the bottom portion of the upper layer plate. An inner portion of the lower layer plate is provided with a filling chamber (4). An inner portion of the filling chamber is uniformly provided with multiple fine convex columns (5). The fine convex column and the lower layer plate are integrally formed together. Ends of the upper layer plate and the lower layer plate are fixedly connected with an outer bump (6). USE - Graphene vinyl chloride (VC) soaking plate. ADVANTAGE - The plate improves graphene material heat conducting performance and radiating performance, provides a thin VC soaking plate so as to reduce an occupied space, and improves actual usage performance of the VC soaking plate.
