▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modified white graphene composite oxidation-resistant coating comprises liquid phase and inorganic solid phase. The liquid phase comprises 20-50 pts. wt. matrix resin, 5-30 pts. wt. silica sol, 5-30 pts. wt. coupling agent, and 20-60 pts. wt. deionized water. The inorganic solid phase comprises 0.1-10 pts. wt. modified white graphene, 5-20 pts. wt. glass powder, 10-40 pts. wt. spherical alumina, and 5-30 pts. wt. gas-phase silicon dioxide. USE - Used as modified white-graphene composite oxidation-resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: can withstand at high-temperature of 1800 degrees C; has anti-oxidation ability, good adhesion and weather resistance; and greatly prolongs the service life of the protective material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified white graphene composite oxidation-resistant coating, comprising taking matrix resin, silica sol, coupling agent and deionized water, then adding to a high-speed mixer, mixing and stirring at room temperature, then taking spherical alumina, gas-phase silicon dioxide, glass powder and modified white graphene, adding to the high-speed mixer, raising the temperature, mixing and stirring, and then ball milling by a planetary ball mill for 30-240 minutes to obtain final product, where the operating temperature of the high-speed mixer is 40-100 degrees C, and the stirring time is 10-60 minutes.
