▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A flame-retardant phosphorus-modified acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin comprises 12-20 wt.%, preferably 15-18 wt.% flame retardant, 0.001-4 wt.%, preferably 0.01-2 wt.% flame-retardant synergistic agent, and remainder of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin. The flame retardant is chosen from tetrabromobisphenol A, bromotriazine and brominated epoxy resin. The flame-retardant synergistic agent is graphite, preferably modified graphene. USE - Flame-retardant phosphorus-modified acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product formed using the flame-retardant phosphorus-modified acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin has improved tensile strength, bending modulus and cantilever beam notch impact strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of flame-retardant phosphorus-modified acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, which involves adding flame retardant and flame-retardant synergistic agent, high-speed stirring and fully mixing acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, melt-extruding, mixing, extruding, cooling, drying and cutting.
