▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Recyclable graphene oxide quaternized chitosan demulsifier comprises graphene oxide, quaternized chitosan, and ferroferric oxide nanoparticles. USE - Used as recyclable graphene oxide quaternized chitosan demulsifier. ADVANTAGE - The demulsifier: has synergistic effect of graphene oxide and quaternized chitosan; strengthens oil-water separation effect; has excellent demulsification effect, good oil-water separation effect and flocculation, and separation performance at lower concentration; saves the cost of medicinal use; is sensitive to the external magnetic field, and easy to recycle; can be used for multiple times; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the recyclable graphene oxide quaternized chitosan demulsifier, comprising (i) adding the reactants graphene oxide and quaternized chitosan to the solvothermal reactor, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-(dimethylamino)propyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide as additives, uniformly stirring, heating at 100-105 degrees C, reacting for 5.5-6.5 hours, centrifuging the suspension, taking its suspended matter to obtain graphene oxide quaternized chitosan complex, (ii) adding ferroferric oxide nanoparticles and silane coupling agent 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane to the solvothermal reactor, uniformly stirring, heating at 100-105 degrees C, and reacting for 4 hours, adding the graphene oxide quaternized chitosan complex obtained in the step (i), then adding the additives 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide, uniformly stirring to obtain suspension, and(iii) replacing the air inside the kettle body of the solvothermal reactor with nitrogen, heating the solvothermal reactor and placing the interior of the kettle body in a constant temperature environment of 75-95 degrees C, reacting suspension in the kettle body for 4.5-6 hours, stopping heating of reacting, cooling to room temperature, opening the hot solvent reactor and taking out the reaction product, washing with methanol and drying to obtain graphene oxide-based quaternized chitosan demulsifier.
