NOVELTY - Material comprises 40-70 pts. wt. nylon, 6-8 pts. wt. PTFE, 3-4 pts. wt. graphene, 0.05-0.2 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 2-4 pts. wt. polyurethane, 2-3 pts. wt. chromium powder, 2-3 pts. wt. nickel powder, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 1-2 pts. wt. phosphate ester, 3-6 pts. wt. boron oxide, 5-8 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 5-10 pts. wt. toluene and 8-10 pts. wt. ethanol. USE - The material is useful in a roller, bearing and joint for manufacturing robot. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent self-lubricating effect, wear resistance and toughness, and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the material, involving (a) mixing toluene and ethanol to obtain a mixed solvent, adding graphene, silane coupling agent and polyurethane to the mixed solvent and stirring to obtain a pretreatment solution, (b) adding nylon to the pretreatment solution obtained in step (a), and stirring and mixing, (c) adding PTFE, phosphate ester, boron oxide, molybdenum disulfide, chromium powder, nickel powder and aluminum powder, and stirring and mixing, and (d) extruding, granulating and cooling the granules.
