▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Coating-free biaxially stretched polyester window film comprises outer surface layer, a core layer and an inner surface layer, the outer surface layer is made of 3-10 pts. wt. organosilicon-modified polyester masterbatch, 3-10 pts. wt. organic fluorine-modified polyester masterbatch, 3-10 pts. wt. polyester antistatic masterbatch and 70-95 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, the core layer is made of 20-40 pts. wt. polyester ultraviolet barrier masterbatch, 20-40 pts. wt. polyester water-oxygen barrier masterbatch, and 20-90 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, the inner surface layer is made of 3-10 pts. wt. polyester anti-blocking masterbatch, 3-10 pts. wt. polyester antistatic masterbatch, and 80-94 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate. USE - Used as coating-free biaxially stretched polyester window film. ADVANTAGE - The coating-free biaxially stretched polyester window film is capable of satisfy the window film to ultraviolet barrier, water and oxygen, light transmittance, heat stability and other performance requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing a coating-free biaxially stretched polyester window film comprising (1) heating and melting the raw materials of the core layer in the twin-screw main extruder, drain the water through vacuuming, and obtain the core layer melt after filtering through an 8-20 μm disc filter, separating the raw materials of the outer and inner layers, adding into two twin-screw extruders, melting, filtering, and vacuumizing to remove impurities to obtain the outer layer melt and the inner surface layer melt, (2) Add the core layer melt, the outer layer melt and the inner surface layer melt into the three-layer structure die head in order for confluence and extrusion to obtain a diaphragm, and attach the diaphragm to the chilled roll by electrostatic adsorption rapid cooling to form a cast sheet.
