▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing titanium fiber comprises (i) firstly subjecting titanium wire to acid washing, pre-nickel plating, and surface copper plating to obtain copper-plated titanium wire, where specific operations are: passing 0.5-1 mm titanium wire through acid washing tank, pre-plating tank, main plating tank, and water washing tank through torque wire-rewinding machine to obtain copper-plated titanium wire containing 30-40% of copper, tightly connected each groove, where speed of rewinding machine is 5-10 m/minute, and placing copper-plated titanium wire into drying room for drying, (ii) compounding the dried copper-plated titanium wire bundled iron pipe obtained in the step (i), and spraying modified alumina agent, continuously annealing at 700-800℃ for 0.5-1 hours, bundling and drawing until diameter of titanium wire is 5 µm and total deformation is 98%, and (iii) using electrochemical method to separate finished composite wire to obtain multi-strand titanium fibers. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing titanium fiber used in biomedical, aerospace, ocean, war industry, sports, sound absorbing material, reinforcing material, intelligent remote sensing, biomedical and astronause high technology field. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides titanium fiber with improved electroplating effect; and has excellent corrosion resistance.
