NOVELTY - Preparation of reduced graphene oxide-enhanced wear-resistant anticorrosion coating comprises dissolving epoxy resin in solvent at 0.5:1-1:5 mass ratio, adding silicone resin, where mass ratio of epoxy resin and silicone resin is 1:0.5-1:5, heating the mixed solution at 80-100 degrees C, refluxing and stirring for 0.5-4 hours, after the reaction, cooling to room temperature to obtain epoxy modified organic silicone resin, adding 30-50 pts. wt. reduced graphene oxide, 10-30 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 20-30 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, and 1-20 pts. wt. dispersant in solvent, ultrasonically stirring and dispersing for 0.5-2 hours to obtain nano-dispersion liquid, adding 20-35 pts. wt. epoxy modified organic silicone resin solution, 1-15 pts. wt. nano-dispersion liquid, 15-30 pts. wt. zinc powder, and 0.5-3 pts. wt. auxiliary agent into a container, uniformly mixing, grinding to fineness of less than or equal to 30 mu m, adding 1-5 pts. wt. curing agent and uniformly stirring. USE - Preparation of reduced graphene oxide-enhanced wear-resistant anticorrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the content of zinc powder in the coating and greatly improves the coating anticorrosion effective period.
