NOVELTY - An one-component graphene zinc powder coating comprises 1.45-4.32 pts. wt. graphene, 130.43-161.99 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5.8-9.72 pts. wt. dispersant, 56.16-72.46 pts. wt. filler, 362.32-464.36 pts. wt. zinc powder, 267.82-376.81 pts. wt. solvent where solvent is composed of xylene, n-butanol, and methyl isobutyl ketone or cyclohexanone in a mass ratio of 5-7:3:1. USE - One-component graphene zinc powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The one-component graphene zinc powder coating has improved dispersibility and stability of graphene, low zinc content, and excellent neutral salt spray resistance and adhesiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the one-component graphene zinc powder coating, which involves (1) starting the mixer, and adjusting the mixing speed to 200-300 rpm, adding 90-93.03 wt.% solvent to the mixer, and then adding in order Epoxy resin and dispersant, stirring until they are evenly mixed, and (2) maintaining a stirring speed of 200-300 rpm, and sequentially adding graphene and anti-settling agent to the mixture obtained in step (1), and stirring evenly, and (3) adding zinc powder and fillers in sequence under stirring at a speed of 400-500 rpm, and then dispersing to a fineness less than or equal to 50 mu m under stirring at a speed of 1000-1200 rpm, (4) adding the remaining solvent to the mixture obtained in step (3), adjusting the viscosity of the mixture to 100-110 Ku, filter to remove impurities.
