▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Slow-release natural nanotube-based sterilization and disinfection composite material comprises natural nanotubes including halloysite nanotubes, where trichloroisocyanuric acid is adsorbed on the inner walls of the halloysite nanotubes, an activating agent and graphene oxide are adsorbed on the outer walls of the halloysite nanotubes, the graphene oxide is adsorbed on the activator, and the activator and trichloroisocyanuric acid are relatively distributed. USE - The slow-release natural nanotube-based sterilization and disinfection composite material is used for disinfection of germs and viruses in crowded public environments. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts trichloroisocyanuric acid as active ingredient, and the chlorine dioxide release rate is adjustable. The preparation method is simple and eco-friendly and economical. The composite material avoids secondary pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the slow-release natural nanotube-based sterilization and disinfection composite material, comprising (S1) mixing halloysite nanotube powder and trichloroisocyanuric acid powder in mass ratio of (50-89.8):(0.5-20) and adding into an organic solvent to obtain a mixed system (A), (S2) uniformly dispersing graphene oxide powder, a dispersing agent, an activating agent and a binder, where the mass of the graphene oxide powder and binder is 0.1-1 %mass and 10-40 %mass to obtain a mixed system (B), heating and dissolving the dispersing agent to obtain a mixed solution (C), and (S3) mixing the mixed solution (C) with the mixed system (A) to obtain a dough shape, and sequentially extruding, granulating and drying to obtain the slow-release natural nanotube-based sterilization composite material.
