NOVELTY - A composite proton exchange membrane is obtained by taking a dissolved solution of sulfonated polyether ether ketone with the sulfonation degree of 50-80%, and feeding dispersion liquid of graphene oxide having a sulfonated surface with holes, where the mass ratio of the sulfonated polyether ether ketone to the graphene oxide having the sulfonated surface with the holes is (92-99): (1-8).
