▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A carbon material comprises a 3D graphene network constituting a set of cells interconnecting as a whole, where at least one of the cells has single-layer graphene wall. USE - The carbon material is useful in producing an anode material used in a lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon material is extremely light weight and flexible so that it is suitable for lithium-ion batteries, particularly anode materials or spacer additives. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) an anode material for a lithium-ion battery comprising the carbon material comprising a 3D graphene network constituting a set of cells interconnecting as a whole, where at least one of the cells has single-layer graphene wall, and active particles including at least one element that is able to store lithium ions; (2) a negative electrode for a lithium-ion battery comprising the anode material; and/or comprising active particles comprising at least one element that is able to store lithium ions and spacer additives provided between the active particles, where the spacer additives comprise a carbon material comprising a 3D graphene network constituting a set of cells interconnecting as a whole, where at least one of the cells has single-layer graphene wall; and (3) a lithium ion battery comprising the negative electrode.
