NOVELTY - The method involves constructing a graphene preparation device based on a vortex cavitator technology, where the device comprises a graphite storage tank (1), an electrochemical intercalation device (2), a microwave bulking machine (3), a compressor (4), a dispersing agent storage tank, a solvent storage tank and a cavitation mixing tank (7), a vortex cavity (8), a vacuum pump (9), a filter (10) and a graphene dispersion liquid storage tank. The dispersant storage tank is connected with the dispersant inlet of the cavity mixing tank, and the solvent storing tank (6) is connected to the solvent inlet. The vacuum pump is connected in sequence with the vacuumizing port of the cavitation mixture tank, the discharge hole of the vacuum mixing tank is in communication with the inlet of the vortex cavity. USE - Graphene preparation method based on vortex cavitation technology for material learning, micro-nano processing, energy, biomedical and drug delivery fields. ADVANTAGE - The graphene preparation method has high graphene peeling efficiency, high graphene yield of 35-40%, and high graphene performance.
