▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing cumene by dimethyl benzyl alcohol reactive distillation coupled with hydrogenation reaction comprises entering cumene-containing dimethyl benzyl alcohol stream into reactive distillation tower, extracting the heavy component impurities from the bottom of the tower and the enriched dimethyl benzyl alcohol entering the reactive rectification section filled with acidic catalysts, dehydrating the dimethyl benzyl alcohol in the reaction rectification section to produce AMS and water, the AMS, water and cumene are rectified and separated to the top of the tower for extraction, separating the AMS, water and cumene at the top of the tower by coalesce, hydrogenating the stream containing cumene and AMS to produce cumene through a hydrogenation reactor. USE - The method is useful for preparing cumene by reaction rectification coupled with hydrogenation reaction of dimethyl benzyl alcohol. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the shortcomings of the current catalyst for direct hydrogenolysis of dimethyl benzyl alcohol e.g. poor selectivity, poor stability, short life, and high cost; and reduces material consumption and energy consumption in the separation process.
