NOVELTY - Rolling device comprises e.g. double-layer quartz pipe, unreeling vacuum chamber and reeling vacuum chamber, RF plasma generator, a tubular furnace and double-layer quartz pipe. The releasing end through belt end flange is with unreeling vacuum chamber by take-up end of take-up spool end flange assembly with take-up vacuum chamber. The tubular furnace is sleeved on pipe body of double-layer quartz tube. The radio frequency plasma generator is set on double-layer quartz tube in an area between unreeling vacuum chamber, tubular furnace and double-layer quartz tube comprises concentric layer. USE - The rolling device is useful for preparing graphene film to roll (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rolling device has high raw material utilization rate and improved film quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Rolling device comprises double-layer quartz pipe, unreeling vacuum chamber and reeling vacuum chamber, RF plasma generator, a tubular furnace and double-layer quartz pipe.
