NOVELTY - Preparing doped graphene foam comprises (i) uniformly mixing dopant and graphene oxide dispersion; placing in an autoclave and reacting at, refrigerating the reaction product, then lyophilizing, to obtain nanoparticle doped graphene oxide airgel; (ii) placing volatile reductant and nanoparticle doped graphene oxide airgel in a reaction vessel having vacuum degree of 0.001-0.02 MPa, then reacting at 50-90 degrees C for 2-24 hours, then washing with water and ethanol, vacuum drying at 50-80 degrees C under vacuum pressure of 0.01-0.02 MPa for 12-24 hours. USE - The doped graphene foam is useful for graphene adsorbent, graphene capacitor and graphene catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, fast, carries out uniform doping, controls the product size, is suitable for a large-scale preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing doped graphene foam comprises (i) according to dopant to graphene oxide mass ratio of 1:3-20, uniformly mixing dopant and graphene oxide dispersion; placing in an autoclave and reacting at 120-200 degrees C for 3-24 hours, refrigerating the reaction product at -196 to -10 degrees C for 1-24 hours, then lyophilizing at -80 to -40 degrees C under pressure of 1-10 Pa for 6-48 hours, to obtain nanoparticle doped graphene oxide airgel; (ii) placing volatile reductant and nanoparticles doped graphene oxide airgel in the mass ratio of 1:5-20 in a reaction vessel having vacuum degree of 0.001-0.02 MPa, then reacting at 50-90 degrees C for 2-24 hours, then washing with water and ethanol, vacuum drying at 50-80 degrees C under vacuum pressure of 0.01-0.02 MPa for 12-24 hours.
