▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a solid lubricating ball bearing involves crushing chromium carbide and nickel chrome on a planetary ball mill till no precipitate is observed, adding graphene, nickel coated micro-graphite, and hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN), continuing crushing for 10 minutes, adding organic binder to the ball mill 5 minutes before stopping the ball mill to obtain suspension, spraying the suspension to obtain self-lubricating agglomerated particles, and performing plasma spraying of the self-lubricating agglomerated particles on a ball surface. USE - Method for preparing a solid lubricating ball bearing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a solid lubricating ball bearing, which has reduced friction coefficient and wear rate, and has better abrasion resistance than the chromium plating layer, where the wear rate is reduced by more than 50%.
